Isabelle Tate, ‘9-1-1: Nashville’ Actor, Dies at 23

Isabelle Tate, an actor on ABC’s “9-1-1: Nashville,” died on Sunday. She was 23.

Tate played Julie on the Ryan Murphy spinoff series, appearing in the pilot episode that aired on Oct. 9, 2025. Her representative at the Nashville-based McCray Agency announced her death on social media, writing that booking a role on “9-1-1 Nashville” was Tate’s first foray into acting. The agency did not reveal a cause of death.

“We are deeply saddened and completely heartbroken to share that Isabelle Tate passed away on October 19th,” McCray Agency posted on Instagram. “I’ve known Izzy since she was a teenager and she recently returned to acting. She booked the first series she auditioned for, 9-1-1 Nashville. She had a wonderful time.”

It’s unclear whether Tate will appear in “9-1-1 Nashville” beyond the pilot episode (her IMDb page, under Izzy Tate, lists only one episode). The third episode of the series, which follows emergency responders in Tennessee, airs Oct. 23.
